Let's start off with some energy coherence. This is all gonna be about energy. It's all about the energy. So imagine air is energy because it truly is. It has oxygen, carbon dioxide, several particles, but it also has pr, life force, universal energy. It's one of the ways our body communicates with the super consciousness. So each time you breathe in, breathe into your center of the center, your heart, and even feel your heart. And go ahead and just inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. And find a rhythm of four counts on the inhale, natural pause, and then four counts on the exhale. Your body's posture, your body's tension matter. So release any tension in your shoulders. Let drop. Relax your scalp, and like I love to say, imagine a balloon is connected to your scalp and it's lifting your spine, so it's straight apple into your chin. Should not look enough or down. Choose to be at ease. Choose to make this next session of space and time all about energy, energy coming in, circulating through energy going out. Now put one hand on your heart, one hand on your forehead, or wherever you like representing your mind. Now imagine as you breathe in. You're breathing energy into your mind, giving your mind an energizer, giving your mind a rest, giving your mind circulation of flow energy. And you may think about your penile gland with third eye. You may think about the top crown chaka. You may just think about that brain, which is an organ just like your heart, but definitely has a function in your energetic operating system, your connection with source. And I like to visualize the energy. Sometimes it's in burst, sometimes it's in rays and lines. Sometimes it's looks like air. And this time we're gonna do a mind cleanse. So breathe in light, and as you exhale, exhale into the blue and that clouds be thoughts and thoughts Be clouds floating away into the blue. Now, one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Your intuitive emotional action taking zone, the regulator of your hormones, your serotonin, and the receiving center for so much intuition. As you breathe in, breathe into your belly, also known as your gut microbiome, that's where the brains are. That is such a very important place in our physical body. All these mysterious micro and microbes that don't even know where they came from, and everyone's just different. Almost every day we're gonna have to figure it out. Just know that directing attention, energy to it is like giving it love. It's like petting your puppy. It's like saying, I got you. We're this together because all these things are working, but where we direct our conscious attention, that's where the energy flows. And let your pinky and your thumb touch. Now you have sort of a network. Don't worry, brain, you're included too. Got the spinal cord connecting you there. And just think of coherence, alignment, connection, not just with your energy processing centers, but with each other on this call. Anyone watching the replay and with the collective consciousness, connecting it with every other person and with the super consciousness, source consciousness, universal intelligence. God, all of them meant the same thing. Don't overthink it. Just know there's a lot of connecting when we decide to be still and connect, and we do it with a breath. Check your shoulders, let'em relax. Check your feet. If they're not flat on the floor, allow them to be and invite you to be fully grounded in this moment with each breath. That gap between the inhale and the exhale, that's sacred space. It's actually where all of the magic truly happens. And this space that we're creating with all that are on this call is a space for connection, space for truth, space for alignment, space for activating a higher level of consciousness in each of us. Where we just get to release any shame, blame, guilt, and even let our thinking brain relax a bit. If something is said that reminds you of what you've done, it'll know, but to feel more into the energy, then to think about it, analyze it logically, put it into your already existence schematic, and you get a permission slip to be, to be very grounded in the state of beingness. And whether this is the first time you've given yourself space to connect and to align, or the third time, or the fourth time, or the fifth time today. I invite you to love it. Love it so much. You choose to do it on your own, wherever you feel called throughout the day, especially first thing in the morning, especially when the mind gets really overactive and you feel yourself going to any sort of survival or constricting, this will automatically align your butt, your, your brain, gut, heart coherence. I think your butt likes it too, and it really just takes three intentional breaths. It doesn't have to be as long or as verbose as I'm making this one. Just intentional breaths and awareness of the energy that we are that connects us all. Last few breaths. Invite you just to feel your own energy without my words, and you're ready. Rub your hands together. Some good old kinetic energy, rub your face. Oh yeah, face. Love your ears. Reach up in that champion pose. Ah, ah. Notice the coherent shift in your body. This is our free will choice every day of the week, all the time. And if they do one thing in your life, if I can help you embody that more and more often, it is gonna be awesome sauce. That's what I'm definitely going for.
