I intend to connect with the feel good field. I intend to align my thoughts, beliefs, and actions with the truth that I will be done. Breathe in for three. Hold for three. Exhale for six Counting out loud as you do so, 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Ask, am I aware? Close your eyes. Let your shoulders drop. Let your shoulder blades go backwards. Answer. I am awareness that I am. 1, 2, 3. Hold. 1, 2, 3. Exhale. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Am I aware? I am awareness that I am feel into the consciousness. Feel into your true self. Everything is energy. The one truth is energy. Remember your intention to connect with your true self to align. Your thoughts, beliefs, actions and emotions with the truth. Your true self. If thoughts arise, imagine their clouds and exhale them on their way in your feel. Good sky, your field, sky of consciousness. And ask again, am I aware? I am awareness that I am now Feel into the energy field. This requires no thought, no mind release any labels, definitions. Judgments comparisons. This is a feeling practice. You're feeling your true self energy. Your breathing will take a natural rhythm. Giving all your attention to feeling the energy of flow, feeling the energy of your true self. Feel it in your body, your heart, and the thoughts. Come let them flow in the sky of awareness and feel free to exhale to push them along their way a bit more rapidly. But don't play with the thoughts. Don't chase the thoughts. Just let'em flow. Am I aware? I am awareness that I am and feel into the field. Feel into your connection with the highest power. Feel into the energy of your true self. Feel it in your body, your heart, your gut, your mind. And then direct your attention. Direct your energy to your fingertips. Do you feel a tingle? Stay with this. For as long as you like. When you're ready, rub your hands together, rub your face, rub your ears, reach up to your champion posture, and ah, let's go.
