I invite you. Take a deep, almost aggressively, violently assertive inhale through your nose. Exhale, nice and slow through your mouth. Have a little music during this part, little, uh, relaxation music, if you will. Now, you can't really hear it, so I wanna lean and play it. Okay, another one. Breathe into the nose, exhale. And on this breath, I invite you just to let go whatever you're thinking about, whatever you're expecting, whatever you're rushing to, whatever you have to do after this. And just let the air come in, hold it for a bit, and exhale with a sound and your consciousness, which is also imagination. It's your ability to project a thought or image to your consciousness. I want you to utilize that and just inhale a light. It can be a yellow, pink, orange, whatever light makes sense to you, whatever energetic essence you sense and feel, breathe it in, hold it, and then just circulate through your body. Exhale with a sound. Ah, breathe it in. Again, let's circulate throughout your body. Continue to breathe throughout this presentation, but breathe in a way that makes sense and is rhythmically, rhythmically sensible for you. All right, let's, uh, take care of first things first. I want to hear what you're saying. I want to hear what you're thinking. So under here where it says pop realizations and questions, go ahead and just click onto that. And how are you? Ooh, look at Janice on fire. How are you feeling right now? Excited and calm at the same time. I'm so excited.'cause today I am gonna show you about timelines and how you are creating the life you're experiencing right now today, and how everything, the old ancient teachers, the bible and spiritual teachers are teaching us is now verified with quantum mechanics. There's science behind it. I'm excited. Excited. How are you feeling? Because I won't be monitoring the chat very much. However, right here is the best place to put your comments. So if you're double screening it like me, you can have one screen with the zoom and one screen with the populations and questions. If you have not already, what were your takeaways from yesterday? And be sure what did you do? Your aligned actions. This is where the magic happens. I can teach you all the information in the world, but unless you put it into action, nothing great happens. And if you were an overachiever and you actually spent 10 minutes in the I Am alignment, practice alignment is my way of saying prayer, visualization and meditation all rolled into one. And the whole purpose of it is aligning with your true essence, your true self. And one of the, and if you didn't do it, don't worry. It's never too late. The still knowing of I am. Create space for 10 minutes. Breathe out. I breathe in and breathe out. I am. When you make the sound, it sort of evokes the powers of trans transcendental meditation, so that sound can calm your vagus nerve, your central nervous system, and it'll help you align more. If you don't like making the sound, no need. I've come to love the sounds, uh, um, holding your hands in this position. Like I am short cutting lots of neuroscience, lots of metaphysics, lots of powers for you to just evoke right now. Um, feel the vibration then again, all, and if you don't feel like vibrating with your voice, no worries. Just breathe in. I think I am. No words after. I am just, I am because the moment we start putting words after I am our thinking minds taking over, I am connects us directly. It's the shortcut connection with our true essence, our true self.
